Enroll Your Child for a Great Beginning Today!

Step 1

Step 1 of the enrollment process begins with a scheduled tour so you can get to know our high-quality facility firsthand. To schedule a tour, please call (636) 447-4212.

Step 2

Step 2 requires all applicants to print out, fill out, and submit an application for enrollment. All must also pay a non-refundable deposit (check or money order) to hold their child's spot. You can find the necessary forms linked below.

*Please note this medical form requires a doctor's signature. Also, please ask your doctor's office to email your child's immunization history to the office at Great Beginnings using this address:

Step 3

Once you have completed Step 2, you will be given a complete enrollment packet, which includes a parent handbook and various permission forms. Complete the enrollment packet and pay the final week’s tuition before the first day. You can also choose a start date of your preference.
