Our two-year-olds program is designed to promote continued learning and development through "hands on" activities in a structured environment. Our two-year-old program builds and supports the individual child with the necessary skills needed for a successful transition into our pre-school program.

Promoting Development

Two-year-olds are in a crucial stage of development. Developing speech and motor skills combined with high energy levels and unrelenting curiosity make age 2 perhaps the most important age for a child to receive attentive and constructive childcare. That's why we've designed our Twos program to specifically meet the needs of this age group. Led by highly trained and compassionate staff members, our programs are designed to promote the development of cognitive abilities, motor skills, and social behaviors, through fun and engaging activities.

Hands-On Fun and Classroom Supervision

At age two, a child is looking to get his or her hands on anything and everything. Here at Great Beginnings, we take two-year-olds' energetic impulses and direct them toward fun and constructive activities. Each day, your toddler will participate in activities such as painting, puzzle-solving, sorting, counting, and marching to music — each designed to promote development and enjoyment for kids ages two to three. We like to call our activities "hands-on, minds-on," because they let two-year-olds grow and learn the way they know best. We also offer a host of group-centric activities to foster an awareness of others and build a self-identity.
